What’s the Difference between MLXchange and WyldFyre?

Feature MLXchange Wyldfyre
Web-based vs. Software Web-based: Regardless of where you are in the world, if you can access the Internet and have your SafeMLS token, you can access MLXchange, even on a different computer. This includes access to anything you have saved in your MLXchange.  Software based: Your Wyldfyre software must be loaded onto the computer you are using. Whatever is saved on this computer cannot be accessed from a different computer. The software can be loaded on more than one computer, but you are the only person who can login to that software.
Listings All listings, whether input by you or your broker, are loaded into MLXchange, including any changes to existing listings, i.e. adding photos, virtual tours, open houses, etc. Wyldfyre accesses the MLXchange database, so when listing information is loaded into MLXchange, it is automatically accessible in Wyldfyre with the same search results.
Search Criteria Screen The search categories are the same as on the listing input sheet. However, when you click on the Search screen, you will only see a small list of the fields available. You have to click on the add search criteria button if you want to include additional fields.  The search categories are the same as on the listing input sheet. When you click on the Search screen, the fields appear in alphabetical order. You do not have to add search fields to the screen.
Listing Error If you find a listing you’d like to clone and notice it has an error (i.e. incorrect model name or wrong subdivision), you can call the agent and ask them to change it, or report the listing to RMLS by clicking on the Report Data Error button. The Compliance Department will review the complaint and contact the Listing Broker and Agent to correct if it is found out of compliance. If you find a listing you’d like to clone and notice it has an error, you can correct it instantly with your mouse!  Just hover over the listing with your mouse and the letter, “e” for edit will appear. Double click to correct the listing. The correction is NOT made in the Listing database, but you can email or print it. When you log back into Wyldfyre, the error will appear again. Of course corrections are meant to be ethical, so you cannot change the price or the listing agent as examples. But, it is a convenient feature for quick corrections.
Search Results  Results are live on the Internet. Results are live, but they can also be downloaded for later use if you cannot connect to the internet through a “Timed Download”.
eMail  Templates: Create and save multiple eMail templates and eMail listings with photo tours.Address: email replies can be sent to either MLXchange or your own primary eMail address. Type an email message each time you send out your email. There are no photo tours, but you can send a multi-photo report.

In minutes, you can create custom real estate marketing materials and present professional listing presentations promoting your experience, skills and branding with eNeighborhoods Wyldfyre Software – NEXT.

One of the best ways to demonstrate your marketing expertise to sellers is to show them how you will market their home. Design Center lets you create professional-looking, custom direct marketing materials, using customizable tri-fold property brochure templates, marketing postcards with up to six property photos and descriptions, and business-card sized “property cards” to showcase individual listings. Best of all, Design Center is currently available as part of eNeighborhoods NEXT and complements their CMA and BuyerTour.

Once you’ve entered the Wyldfyre software, click on the Search option. Search by the MLS number, or perform a property search and select your listing to use for the presentation. Remember you can not advertise other agent’s active listings without written permission from the listing broker, as stated in the RMLS Rules and Regulations.  Next you will “get the photo” for the presentation. You only need to download one photo, and have the other listing photos loaded somewhere that you can download later into the presentation.  Once you have the listing and the listing photo, click on the “Design Center” icon at the top of the eNeighborhoods program. You have now entered eNeighborhoods N.E.X.T, (Neighborhood Expert Tools) Section.
